SUCCESSFUL RECERTIFICATION
Last week we have been awarded with the title “family-friendly company” for the second time, which is granted by Kompetenzzentrum Frau und Beruf Märkische Region. As part of the recertification process, we presented the changes since our initial certification in September 2020 to the jury and were once again able to impress with our measures to improve the balance between work and family.
In addition to flexible part-time models and options to work from home, Seeberger offers, for example, a children's office. If there are childcare shortages, children can be brought to work and they can play in the specially designed playroom. Training offers, employee events and subsidies for fitness offers have long been standard at Seeberger. During the last three years, e-bike leasing has been introduced, and a psychosocial advisory service and care advice have also been established as new offers.
